2003 350 SD
I'm a member of a local Volunteer Fire Dept. and we just placed an order for an F-350 4x4 CrewCab with the new 6.0 PS and 5spd auto. This truck will be converted to a "grass" truck with addition of a 200gal. tank and pump. The truck will also be used for personel transport for mutual aid runs and it will also be used to pull an enclosed utility trailer.

Question..comment:
I've looked at different configurations of the 250/350 and it seems that the only rear end configuration that can be ordered is the limited slip 3.73 with the PSD and the 5 speed auto tranny

We're located in West Central Ohio. No, it's not a dually because it will get off-road and when mud gets packed between duals you get two big "slicks" back their. We ordered the 3.73 LS.
