I forgot what the truck rode like with those little stocker tires on there, my 35"s really give it a whole different ride, BETTER!
Front and back plows ready to go, mirrors changed to the baby ones, hand waxed it, boy I envy you guys out West!!!!and South.

Well, when I mount them up again, I will take some pics, both plows add almost 7' to the length, glad it's not a 4 door!
I made the back plow so it mounts in my rear receiver, that way I can take the whole unit off in a matter of minutes and it doesn't have some ugly bumper left on there.
Monsta, I don't know if you could get the soccer ***** out the back doors though
What ???????
Don't take that wrongway ,forget it, you already did!!!!!
Monsta did you ever look at that website I listed about rear plows ?
Snowman or something when yeti and I were talking about plows before.
Yeti glad to see your getting ready for snow in snowfulalo.
might get some soon out there.

My friend manufactures rear plows, (box style) named "Drift Buster"
I have the prototype from a few years back, which of course I had to highhly modify to work on my truck.
I think he gets around $2500 or right around there for the setup.
I haven't seen any of those newer types, and I really can't see the benefit of having a curved rear blade. Rear plows really shouldn't be used to clear a big area, to much build up of snow getting jamed up into the bottom of the truck.
But rear plows do make a nice jack/lift to get your rear tires off the ground to change a flat!!

Just wondering if you do anything "special" to your plows every year? I change my fluid, filter and gasket every other season, and as i told you in a previous post to wax your plow, i do wax my 7' 6" on my pickup truck because it is just a pro plow from western. Its two seasons old and looks brand new. :-)

Same here Dave, I also keep them inside during the off season.
My back plow looks a little "used" but it went through the ringer a few years ago, so it's functional, but not as shinny and new as I would like. I run a Monarch pump for the rear, which is mounted in my bed toolbox and sees no wheather. Some guys mount them right in there bed...could never figure out why.
