Bad compression on #2 cylinder

Bad compression on #2 cylinder
2.9 V6 runiing very rough ...no power
Did compression test ...all cylinders are at 150 psi
EXCEPT the # 2 cylinder which is at 50 psi.
Spark at all cylinders is good.
What should I check next.....?
What would cause this to happen all of a sudden?
