mass air conversion question

i've seen pictures of mass air flow conversions for trucks with E4OD trannies, and there was 2 ecm connectors side by side. i was wondering, is this because on computer runs the engine (like being a mustang computer) and the other for running the trans???

The kit that you talking about is one of the Pro-M kits...and yes, it's a 2 ECM set up. Your stock computer will run the trans and the mustang ECM (A9L or similar) will run the engine.

thanx, that's what i thought. now another question. the lightning is batch fire fuel injection, when you install a mass air conversion, does it convert it to sequential injection or does it stay batch fire? and, does the harness include the entire harness from the computer connector all the way to the fuel injectors?
