shooting
today at work there was a shooting and my truck was in the middle of it and the bullet went through the bed of the truck and trorugh the back break line did a quick patch but its leaking and had no break pressure all the way home checked the the break flued when i got home and the rear tank was empty should replace the whole break line or do a better patch job

You can buy universal brake lines already flared at the parts store. You can also buy the couplers. Follow along the line, and see if you can find a coupler along the way. Mine had some couplers, but I don't know if they where stock or not. If you do have to go all the way up front, you can still use the universal line(I just did this and used three 51" pieces). But you will have to get a flaring tool for the front where it goes into the proportioning valve, because they use an oddball size fitting there. Just cut your new line off, slide the old fitting on, and re-flare the new line.
