Post 1993 Bronco Fuel Pump Reset Switch?

I cannot start my Bronco. I do know that I have spark at the plugs. I am almost sure that it is not receiving fuel. The motor spins great but does not even try to start. I cannot be sure where the "fuel pump reset switch" is located. How about the fuel pump? Is this located on the top side of the tank?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Not uncommon for the pump relay under the hood to have a bad plug, especially if the truck has been used at all. Try checking it first. Also, on the 90 the crash switch is inisde the rear left? side panel as I recall

no spark?

Jag,
Check for spark. Pull a plug wire, and observe spark in the usual manner, or connect a VOM meter. Fuel? Is there fuel in the tank? Try a shot of starter fluid into your air intake.

Fuel pump reset switch? Is there such a thing? The inertia switch, mentioned above, will only set after a pretty good impact. It can be reset with a screw driver blade.

Check fuel pump by disconnecting at the filter, then turning on ignition. Be careful.

good luck,
CTI

I've seen an inertia switch tripped by a good kick to the side of a Ranger before, but usually it takes a lot to trip them. That was a pretty difficult no-start diagnostic to perform. I was glad I wasn't the guy who kicked it and had to figure it out

What does this look like? I'm wondering cause I had a prob a while back that my fuel pump would cut off at high alitudes. I replaced the relay, but now after finding this out, mayby thats could be it too.

I need to know everthing about it, so that in case it happsends again, I know what to do.
