good clean fun! lol, have you seen the commercial where the camera goes into the car with the driver, and all the cars were hitting eachother... it is going to be a BAD crash... like 10 cars spinning into each other... and when the camera is in the car, the driver says, "baseball is a DANGEROUS sport... lots of risk involved..." and it goes on and on like that... it was really funny... you seen it?

I have watched it, it is good. NASCAR does a very good job of keeping their customer (you) in touch with their product (racing) so you are ready and willing to watch the new season.
They understand the "out of sight out of mind” concept.
By that particular add running, even when racing is not going on you are talking about it. Great work on the part of NASCAR marketing people.

If I was NASCAR, I would have required the $750m upfront. Nextel has $12.4 Billion in debt on their balance sheet with 2 other companies starting similar cell phone businesses. They also have numerous other cell phone competitors that are looking for market share. Winston was good to NASCAR for 30 years. Let's hope Nextel will 1/2 as succesfull (and they get those checks in the mail on time).

Wouldn’t you love to ready the contract between those to mega companies, NASCAR is one of the best at iron-clad contracts. Leaving little or no room to wiggle if wanting to bail out………..for any reason.

I have thought long and hard about that……..oops no pun intended.
You know the first two or three weeks back at the shop had to be a riot.
It probably fostered some of the best one liners about that product ever,
ya know how car guys think.
