bad oil

Everyone here says Castrol Syntec is a Group III-AKA a half @#$34 synthetic! what is so bad about it?I was thinking about putting it in my 86,78any resons not to I was thinking a 10w-40 for year round in texas here?Any better oils out there??

the only issue I have with oil is the eastern oils with the parafin base....

Personally I like to think that there is no BAD OIL, just bad Oil behavior.
