This would be the new F250 (no LD or SD-just F250 3/4 ton)
Stop producing the 250SD, and give all SRW SD's the F350 designation and 9900Lb GVWR.( almost the same truck now anyway-ever hear of Fords magic dust? Somehow without changing anything but the tires on the F-350SRW and adding a 2" spacer between the rear axle and the spring pack-the truck gets a HUGE payload upgrade)
I for one think that this would address the needs and wants of alot of F150 buyers and SD buyers at the same time-it would certainly bridge the huge gap between the two models so as to better address some peoples needs.
Plus it would allow those who want a manual transmission with the new body style to get their fix, the NV4500 is also a much heavier duty trans than the M5od could ever hope to be anyway.
What do you think guys? Would any of you consider buying this truck?
And yes that would suit my needs. "What you described"
