If you pull your battery cables off for 5 minutes, will your computer go back to factory specs? I do not have any upgrades aside from a K&N air filter. I thought I read a thread that mentioned that the truck learns as you drive. If so, is this learning to help improve power or mileage? I get about 13 mpg in town and about 16mpg on highway (mountains). I have 45K mi. and no driveability problems, will resetting help the mileage? Thanks for any feedback.
Thanks for the speedy reply. No check engine light, no problems. Just thought that it might "learn" better now that there are a few miles on the truck and get better fuel mileage. Or, is it learning all the time, or every "x" amount of starts? I guess what I'm asking is this pointless?

Matt,
Just noticed this quote from you about the K&N filter and thought I might tell you to do a search about the filters cause there are a lot of posts on here about the K&Ns letting dust through the filter and into the engine. Disregard if you've already done this or don't care that much .
