Dome Light Dilemma
I've uncovered a disturbing but non-lethal anomaly with the dome light in my '88 Ranger.
While Driving, I'll switch on the dome light and it will come on, but then dim. the engine is running at the time.
The odd part is, when I open the door, the dome light comes on full bright.
I removed the passenger side door plunger to wire a CB antennae, and have also added a cargo light from a '90 Ranger. I believe I did both correctly.
and clues or remedies?
