Door panel removal

I own a 1999 Eddie Bauer Expedition, can anyone tell me how to remove the rear door panel.

Don't know if this will help - it's for the front panels - might try a search @ top for more info.

1. Carefully pry out door release handle trim starting at edge closest to speaker grill. Rotate the trim to expose 5/16" bolt in door release handle. Remove bolt and handle.

2. Carefully pry up each end of power window switch panel, disconnect switches and remove panel.

3. Remove 2 phillips screws from bottom edge of door panel.

4. Slide door panel upward to release and remove panel
