You're going to have to get to the front of the engine which I believe means removing the radiator fan assembly, at least. (The Haynes Manual says to remove the radiator, as well).
From there it entails removing the drivebelt, removing the crankshaft pulley, removing the vibration damper (you'll need a puller for this). After that you just carefully pry the seal out.
