Question An odd squeak

2003 F250 2wd, 7.3, auto: Looking for some suggestions. I have a squeak that seems to be coming from the rear of the truck. It has a cycle of about once per second and does not change in frequency or loudness with increasing vehicle speed or engine RPM. Braking does not affect the noise. It usually occurs when the truck is first run in the morning and at speeds above 15-20 mph and goes away on its own after about 10 - 15 minutes. For the lack of a better description, it sounds like a squeaky rocking chair or a squeak on a swing set. Rear seat passengers seem to notice it more than those sitting up front. Any thoughts out there...other than crank up the radio?? Thanks

Spray wd-40 or equivolent on door latch and striker of rear doors. Worked on my 2001.

Just got my '03 SDCC 4x4 back from the dealer for the same problem. They installed a new carrier bearing on the driveshaft(apparently it was dry from the factory) and it seems to have taken care of the noise. Like yours, mine didn't change pitch no matter how fast or slow I was moving, but started about 10mph and would go away after 10 or 15 minutes of driving. Hope this helps.

Thanks all for the suggestions. It turns out that the dealer found it to be the carrier bearing as well and will be replacing it tomorrow. Thanks collier87 for the confirmation.
