Does drinking coffee keep you up at night?

I never enjoyed coffee, caffeine makes me have strange sensations, that are not my body kidding itself.. It is a drug, that affects different folk in different ways. I can't handle it, so don't drink it. (there is life without coffee. 
)

I drink it for days by the quart glass,(ice cold and extra strong black) then I go for days without anything containing caffein, I just like anything coffee, I love those chocolate coated coffee beans, now if I eat too many of those at once I get sensations, I think its the caffein teamed up with the endorphines that chocolate causes to be released along with the sugar rush that does it, and its legal.

I don't have a problem with it, as I have said else where's I love extra strong iced black coffee and I can drink a whole pot and sleep, but I don't usually. Now if I want to make absolutely sure I get out of bed early I'll drink coffee before I go to sleep because then I will get up early and running straight for the bathroom WOOHAAA.

Why would anyone drink caffeine when bedtime is coming soon?
Coffee (caffeine) is a drug, and you build a tolerance to it, just like any other drug (legal or not!) I sure as hell look forward to my morning, and sometimes afternoon coffee, but why bother after that? Yes it tastes good, but why bother? Water really is not that bad (or is it?)
