I'm thinking of getting a stull billet grille and was wondering if you have to cut the factory one apart to put it in. I haven't decided if I would go with a stull or switch to a school buss I mean x-cursion one. Thanks for the help
If you get the one like mine, you gotta cut 'em. Took me three hours with a Dremmel tool. I've been very satisfied with "the look".

There's a couple kinds of billet grilles - there's a "3 piece" and a one piece. Both require the "grey" part of your stock grill to be cut out. The 3 piece was 3 seperate grills - 2 to go on the sides and 1 in the center.
I have the one piece on my truck. It's easy to install, just time consuming if you want to do a quality job.
Pull the stock grill, use a dremmel tool and cut out the grey part (cut right along the grey/chrome line and yes, the Ford emblem goes with it - but it can be reattached to the billet if you'd like). The remaining chrome "frame" simply lays right over the billet grill which is bolted onto the truck.
Go with the one piece, much easier to install AND it costs less!! don't ask why.. and use a dremmel to cut the stock grill, you'll get good results
