I'm in the process of installing an A pillar quad pod in my '04 6.0. I can't figure out where to install the sending unit for the water temp. Would someone help me solve this? Is it possible to tap into the original Ford sender wireing? If so would this interfere with the Ford dash gauge? Where in the heck is the Ford water temp sender? I think I have everything solved except this. The gauges are: EGT, boost, a combo tranny and diff temp and a combo oil pressure and coolant temp. For the oil pressure I'm removing the original sender, threading an adaptor into the hole and installing a 300 lb. psi hydraulic hose. The hose will connect to a 4 way adaptor that will hold the two pressure senders and a connection to a PreLuber.
Thanks for taking the time to try to help me with the water temp sender location. I've noticed your signature on many helpful posts. Unfortunately I can't read any of the captions on the picture you posted so in spite of your efforts I still don't know where/how to install the sender.
Many thanks for the effort and Happy Holidays to you and all who spend so much time making this web site successful.
