Braking Vibration
I have a 2000 F250 PSD 4x4 with 76K miles on it. I am starting to notice that when you brake when traveling 40 to 50 mph or higher, I am getting a shaking and vibration. I is not so noticable when braking at slower speeds. Do you think this could be coming from the rotors needing turned. Any ideas how to get rid of this. It is really starting to get bad and anoying.

Most likely you need a brake job. When those rotors get more than .005" runout, they start to cause pedal vibrations. Take it to a reputable shop and they should test drive it and tell you what they are going to do to fix the problem. If they turn the rotors and or drums, they will most likely install new pads and shoes.
