carburator exchange

i have a 2v carb from a 302 and i would like to make it work on a 2v 390, does any one know what i would need to chang 'jets,etc...' to make it work. its a motorcraft 2v. thanks,bob

i read the sticky at the start of this forum and found an answer to my own question . ill go find a 390 2v. thanks for the sticky , bob

You could bolt it up and try it. It may run ok.
I used a Motorcraft 4bbl off of my friends 68 302 4V Mustang on My 71 Torino 351C 4V and it ran great.
