Question Relay Location

Hey Guys help 1991 Explorer 136k miles every 9 months this stnking relay shorts out and drains my battery after 2 days of not driving it.
P/N F8pz-14N135-BA tired of giving the dealers 250$ to replace but I need to know where it goes a more definitive location rather than the passenger fender can't see it from above any pictures would be a great help

Thanks
Hermj

Here's a couple of links that may help. According to the 2nd link it's a $7 relay. Why are they charging you $250 to replace it? For that kind of money, they should identify the cause of them shorting out.
