Plow Packages
I have been trying to get an answer to the question - How can I tell if a truck I am looking at purchasing is equipped with the plow package option? No one at the dealership has given me a straight answer. One salesman said it can be determined by the location of the 2 tow rings in the front end, I assumed there was a code or something. I'm looking at a used 2000 F250 SD XLT with Super Cab and short bed. It has a v8 5.4 auto transmission. I would be very appreciative if someone could shed some light on the issue.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. Still trying to decide on buying the truck. Bottom line price is 17,500.00 for 2000 F250 SD XLT, Super Cab, Plow Pkg/Tow Pkg V8 5.4 Auto with 62000 miles. Any imput?

Is this truck at a dealer or private owner. Have you checked www.kbb.com i just did a check and in excellent conditon retail is 20,450 +\- any other options it may have in good condition.
