Egg nog
I love egg nog. Can't get enough. Only problem is; I can't have it. The ingredient "carrageenan" is in the ones at the grocery store. Carrageenan is one of the things that sets off a migraine for me, so those food products that have it are a big no-no.
Wondering if anyone knows of:
1. a brand of egg nog without carrageenan, or
2. any good recipes that are fairly simple.
I'm thinking of just buying a carton and drinking it. I could just tough out the migraine and sacrifice a day and a half.
