Center Cap on Wheel

Ok, well I washed my truck today, and in doing so I found out that I was missing one of the center caps for the wheel.

Anyone have any information on where I might find one, and the three screws it takes to hold them in? It is from the truck in my sig. 15" chrome wheel. Thanx for any help or info.

Maybe since this question is here.

Someone can kindly tell me what size the bolts are that go into the wheels?

I've got the wheels and the caps, just no bolts to secure them.

I think they are 1/4 -20. I just bought some stainless steel screws and added a ss washer and it works great.

The screws are still available from Ford, and are surprisingly cheap. IIRC I paid less than two dollars for 3 or 4 of them.

Search Ebay for "Ford Center Cap"- You will find a fair amount of them there for a reasonable price. junk yard also, and look in phone book for some place that is probably called Hubcap City-or somrthing like that.

Thanx for the help guys!

Anyone know if there are any aftermarket center caps? I looked on ebay, there were a few, but they were all in red, I need black.

Go here
click on F-series, then on Tires, Wheels & Accessories, then on Wheel Trim Rings & Center Caps. They have both black and red.

Also, Acme sells the center caps. I just had to get 4 new ones for mine (actually they are on my Christmas list but I'm certain they'll show up) due to reasons I'd rather forget about. Good luck.

Ok, I went there, but didn't find the ones I am looking for. I confused!

There were some there that looked similar, but if you look at them, they are for Chevy's. Why they would sell Chevy parts in the Ford section beats me????!?!?

I browse 20 some ebay search pages almost everyday looking for parts for my F-150. I knew that I have seen what you wanted, just was a matter of time before it was posted.

Ok, well I decided not to do the ebay thing....would take too long.

I called a local "Hup Cap World" and they have a few there. $20 and $1.90 per screw. This seem like a fair deal? Thanx for the help.
