Then I suggest you don't ask for help here.
If you got a vehicle that was abandoned without asking for it, Then you deserve what you get
As that was not a smart move
Most states require you have a bill of sale before you can send the title off
or get a new one

There are companies specializing on cases like yours.. They do all the paper/leg work for $ 250.00 that's here in TX .. Research your state motor vehicle office, I'm sure they have an answer to your question......Are gonna change your username soon... LOL!Have a great day..
