reading kurt50's post, i've been wondering the same thing myself regarding the mid to late 90's. not much price difference between the two.......what are the differences between the two? thanks.
Most significant difference on the 4wd.models is the axle.
The F-250 uses a Dana 50 with Twin Traction Beam (independent) suspension.
The F-350 uses a Dana 60 monobeam (straight) axle.

Same body, interior. Different rear springs, different front axle and front sprngs. Frame the same except for front axle mounts.
If your trying to decide between buying , go with the 350, it's a much better setup with the straight axle up front.
