Handling 01 X

Firts of all, I know this is a exhausted subject! But I have some questions.

I have a very early 01 (built oct 00) with +/- 92.000 on it.
limited 4x4 PSD

I am ready to replace the tires ( will probably go for Michelin LTX m/s again) and also wanted to replace the (still stock) shocks.

What would be a good shock under my X and would you recommend new bushing etc. My truck starts to ratlle more and more (especially the rear doors) as if the "cab" starts coming "loose".
sway is also a small problem and I was wondering if I should have that "helwig swaybar"installed, that everybody is talking about.

Basically, my question is:

What should i replace to make my X a better driver, where can I buy/have installed and what will (approx.) cost.
Shocks: wich ones and how much

Bushings??

sway bar??

Anything else I am forgetting.
Please keep in mind that I am not able to do any work myself (no tools, no nolige (spel check??) .

Now the truck ratles (rear doors!!) if I go over bumps etc. and the
truck bounces around quite a bit.
I do some towing (24ft enclosed 4500lbs max.) and I am living in South Florida.

One last thing!
I found some drops of oil in my garage. it is black (like engine oil) and if i look under the truck, it comes out of a black "plastic" round looking shield behind the oilpan and right in front of the transmission. This roundish shield has a little hole on the bodem so a fluid can leak out.

Any suggestion anybody??

I know this is a long confusing story. But ANY help is greatly appreciated!!

Here's another FTE thread on this subject:

It might provide some additional insight. You can also do a search for such things as Hellwig sway bar (highly recommended), and shock absorbers from various manufacturers.
