Did changing the O2 sensors have an effect on the lean condition codes?

just had the dealer redo the intake seals and this solved my problem. idles perfectly now regardless of temp. 94k miles and rolling on.

Dumb question but the selas ya'll are talking about are the seals between the plastic intake box and the intake manifold right???

explorer intake manifold gasket

I just had my intake manifold gaskets replaced at the dealer for cold starting problems. Ford has an extension on the warrany for this problem. 5 years or 70,000 miles.

Thanks for the info. I changed out the lower intake manifold o-ring gaskets and it fixed the problem.
