01 to 02 headlight conversion
In case any one is wondering i have completed the conversion from 01 to 02 headlamps in my truck.
All I can say is what a difference!!
I am running the xeon superblues and xeon 100 watt highbeam bulbs in the driving lights.
I bought the lights on e-bay for 190.00 bucks (including shipping)and yes the are ford oem and they were new

01 to 02 headlight conversion
Because you have to back out the screws that align them (it is easier then trying to pish out the originals)the alignment is of course off. Before i removed thme i checked the clearances aoround the headlight to get me in the ballpark. I did the maiden voyege at night and they were not in the trees ,oncoming traffic,or illuminating the cracks in the asphalt.I gauged it on burning the back of someones head .Looks pretty close
