How am I going to gain access to the bleed screw on my 1987 Bronco II? The clutch is intermittent and soft at best. The reservoir is full and no leaks are visible.
The bleed screw seems to be above the transmission bell housing with no appearant way to reach it.
I am thinking about replacing the clutch master only because it looks like the easiest place to get at.
Do you think I ought to replace the the hydraulic clutch line as well?
Did you try posting in the Bronco II section tanybearhorse?
There are quite a few guys who frequent there and could probably help you out. I am sure they have gone thru the same procedure before and could give you some pointers. Good luck!
