poly joints, heims or tre's?

i'm drawing up a 4 link for my rig, what are yall's thoughts on poly joints, heims or tre's.....and should i go with xx, or |/\|? im going for the least amount of rear steer with the most amount of flex, or a happy medium

how would a parellel 4 link with a trac bar do?

which will have less anitsquat?...... or does it make a difference?

what kind of link seperation should i be looking for?

i'm new to building suspensions up from scratch and I need a lil bit of help getting started!

It's gonna go on my '72 EB with 302 (in my sig).

I really like the Johnny Joints made by Currie Enterprises.

Never a problem. They allow more movement than any other heim I have found.

I've heard nothing but good things about those Currie Johnny Joints too. I'm not a real expert on four links other than the basics, so I'll keep my yap shut. I do know that they've got to be dialed in so your best bet might be to find a local expert who will look over your plans and give you some advice.
