great job, looks awesome! can i contract you to make me one? i just want one bar across the top so i can to the same thing with your reverse flood lights. and maybe ones facing front. anyway, i love it.
guess if im going to brag, i should tell people how i did it.
I used 1x2 11 ga square tubing for the main frame (2x2 for the bottom piece) used hole saw and then jig saw to cut out slots for lights in 16 ga steel, took 7/8" rod and bent it and welded on sides for handles. Piece of angle iron welded perpindicular to rack along bed rails for mounting. Wired it all up under bed in a junction box (L/R turn from front of truck, stop (3rd brake light wire) ,tail and backup from wiring harness right on frame, all conections solidered(sp?))
Havent hooked up work lights yet, but will have a switch on dash for them. Now im probably the only superduty on the road with amber turn in the rear
