Angry bad dealer?

well i brought my 4.6 97 f150 in to the shop this morning the check engine lite was on the dealer scaned the truck and said the number one sparkplug had missfired because water got under the wire in between the sparkplug and the boot so the cleaned it up put some grease on theplug and charged my 80.00 +tax but they wouldnt replace the wire or plug under the waranty said it wasnt covered its got 71000 kms on the truck and the paint is peeling on the rain gutter on the roof and theres rust in the seam on the third door once again they said no way we can fix that under the premium waranty but they fixed the oil cooler and changed the trans lines that was covered they told me the transmission should be serviced and wanted 200 bucks for that job also but they could no find out why my aircoditioning when on high switches and blows through the defrost back and forth so they charged me 1/2 hour for that so i ask you what the hell good is the exsteaded waranty when the dealer charges 80bucks a hour and keeps saying this is not covered thats not covered

Extended warranties with anybody to me is a rip off. Theres a lot of do's and dont's that they dont tell you until afterwards...from my experience. Ive never dealt with ford but the mazda dealership was very uncooperative.

Angry bad dealer

when i called ford today and got no where with them the girl said its up to the dealer to decide if any parts are defective under the warenty so i told her that i didnt see aproblem and whywould nt the dealer change my bad sparkplug wires as there were also recalls on some 97 but none on my truck . so she says she has had two complants against this dealer ....ie cambrian ford in sudbury in less than two hours and i told her i was going to buy a 2oo4 but if the dealer cant sevice what they sell expecialy under warenty why buy again so i told her to tell ford that for a hunderd dollar set of sparkplug wires that the dealer could have put under warenty they just lost a 50000 sale on a new f150 and now my trucks still runnning rough after they fixed it and im pissed off big time she also told me ishould talk to the sevice manager again its no wonder people buy else where

if you can find the for ford mtor corp detroit call them, afriend did this when their engine blew apart on vacation out of state, the dealer said it was due to lack of oil changes, they had receites, showing otherwise, corp told the dealer to fix it & quickly, some times being a VERY LOUD squeky wheel helps good luck
