Just want to say thanks. The information you provided on proper reflashing of my 6.0, has given me my the truck I purchased back. Just can't show enough appreciation for your effort on this.

I can say this guy knows his stuff, I have seen him in action, it is nice to know that a true enthusiast is on the inside working for ford, keep in mind that is how ford got started with SVO-SVT, having people that realy care and that are willing to help is a big comfort, expecially when it comes to handing them keys and hoping that they do there best to get to the bottom of the problems, it's to bad there arn't more service advisers like him, way to go emtabmm, I urge you guys if your ever in the northern Kentucky, southern Indiana to stop in and have Andy help you out
