95 Bronco- spanner nut tq specs?

If its the 3 peice kind (nut-washer-nut) then the iner one is 30-40 and the outer one is 150. if its the other kind, when i took mine apart it was just on finger tight (i unscrewed it with my hand,) just gotta get it to match up.

30-40 is WAY too tight for the inner one. The 30-40ft-lbs is to SEAT the bearings, you then back it off until the nut is loose THEN you tighten it again to the point where is just starts to tighten up (just a touch past finger tight) then put the washer on then the outer nut and tighted that one to 150ft-lbs.
