WHAT WILL WORK AND FIT BEHIND THE BACK SEAT OF A 99 F250 CREW CAB? I HAVE YET TO FIND A BOX THAT WILL FIT? THE BACK PANEL MESSES THINGS UP. I HAVE TWO 10'S TO PUT BEHIND THE SEAT BUT I DONT KNOW WHICH BOX TO GET. I HAVE HEARD THAT A MTX THUNDERFORM FOR A DODGE EXT CAB FITS PERFECTLY, BUT I DONT KNOW. ANY SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE HELP!!!!!
I built my own in my truck. I have 2 Image Dynamics IDQ10's each with .7 cubic feet of space. I cut out the part of the back panel where the box would set. My rear seat closes fine and the speakers don't rub the seat. I did have to move the jack though. I don't have the exact measurements on hand. Shoot me an email and I will take a couple of pics and get the measurements for you. Spinks
I have a box that fits my 03 perfectly after I removed the flexible back panel. I don't know who the manufaturer is but I bought it at "A Better Tint" in Mesa AZ. You can call them,(480) 834-4041, and ask who makes the "rear firing" boxes that will fit behind the rear seat of a truck. I think he said it was Canadian company.
Check out my gallery-- I have a picture of it there.
i put a bazooka bass tube RS6A in. it has a built in 150 watt amp with a 6 inch sub. (PLEANTY OF BASS) also fits perfectly in the cargo tray. you could fit a 8 inch tube if you removed the tray. i also replaced my factory door speaker with pioneer plate speakers. easy install just 1 power wire, 1 ground and tap into back speakers and it turns itself on!!

Did you have to move your seat forward to get the 3 10's in there??
I just put 2 12's in my crewcab and I had to move the seat forward 1"
Gooch,
as you probably guessed from everyone's comments - build your own box - you will have to do some slight cutting of the "fuzzy back" where your box will sit so it can sit flush to the back of the truck allowing for your seat to go all the way back. My box fits snuggly back there and has over 2 cubic feet of air with air passages out the sides and top - it holds 2 Punch 12's just fine and I didn't have to move the jack. With the cubic feet I was able to get, I can vibrate items right off the front dash if I need to!!
