throttle body spacer

any body have a throttle body spacer on their 4.2? if so what effects did it have on your truck?

So far from what I hear a Throttle Body spacer looks good, but it doesn't do hardly anything for your truck. Some people like them, and some people consider them good paper weights.

have one, cant tell, all mods went on at one time. Looks pretty too.
