I sure am glad I am not the one that will have to sort this out.

Of course, if either person dies the driver of the hummer will be charged and sucessfully prosecuted for murder. As it is he'll probably do some serious prison time.

But at the same time, I find myself wondering why a silver star can not be awarded to a civilian.

I clicked on that and all I get is a screen full of characters. What secret viewer do I need to get? This is not the only time this has happened?

I ws able to view it with Windows Media Player. This one will take years to resolve and most likely the perps will get off easier than the Hummer driver.

That was posted here a while back , It happened back in june. I wonder if the guy with the hummer was ever charged with anything?

Too bad the Hummer Driver will most likely get prosecuted also, I thought that was great though.

Something happened like this years ago also. Someone stole a woman's cutless supreme. She ran inside, grabbed her gun and blew out the tires. The suspect was caught. And before she was fined, she said something like "why is it a crime to shoot my own vehicle".

She was busted for shooting a firearm in city limits, I don't remember about the suspects..

Truth be told, you never know how you're going to react, until something like that happens. Nobody carries a list of plans for occurances.
