Concort Insurance?

I've got a 16 year old starting to drive and it's prompted me to shop around for cheaper insurance. I got a quote from Concord that looks like it might do. Anyone have any experience with this outfit? Know of a website that compares insurance companies? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try insure.com. Concord, who are they? Never heard of them.
