Everyone repeat after me,10 cylinders,10 cylinders,10 cylinders.....
If enough of us do this,we can subliminally tell him what it "really" is that seems to be missing from his life.

He's here...well on FTE. You'll still find him in the V10 forum and the SuperCrew forum. He still has the SuperCrew, I believe...

Well NoMO went to tthe dark side, but two good things came out of it:
1. He drives a diesel
2. Being that it is a Dur@m@x, it gives me something to leave in my dust on the road

If you drove a 2WD Ch**y oil-burner, you'd hide too!

I'm definitely still around- just not a lot that I can add to the topics that seem to be dominating the forum lately. Besides, best connect speed is now 24Kbps vs the 1500Kbps I had "in town". Sometimes it's just too painful to sit around and wait for a page (any page) to download so I don't even turn the PC on.

Kind of like Santa Clause- just kickin' back seein' who is naughty and who is nice! :-X12

Make checks payable to the "Pave NoMo's Road Fund" c/o NoMo. ;-)

I don't guess I ever told the story of why we just up and moved from our quaint house in suburbia to a place in BFE (via the lake):

The houses in our old neighborhood were about 12' apart. Sadly, the houses in new neighborhoods seem even closer together. Anyway, our garage walk-in door opened facing one of the neighbor's bedroom windows. The house had just sold to a new owner and he was renting it to some college-aged guys. As I went out the garage one night, I saw one of the college guys "drying himself" vigorously. I thought surely I wasn't seeing THAT, so I closed my eyes and went on with the trash-to-the-curb duties. Upon my return to the garage the guy was still there and was still "drying" himself... I guess he never saw me. When I told my wife what had been seen, she decided it was time to move. Within a month, the house had been remodeled and was put on the market. It sold rather quickly so we had to move into the RV while we waited for the closing date to arrive on our current place. During this time, we went from wanting 2-5 acres to buying 20 acres. Now, when I look out any window, its acres and acres of pasture (some cattle & a couple of oil pumps) between us and the neighbors. Roads around here still aren't paved- and are very muddy after the ice has melted. IMO, loss of broadband and having to drive an oil-burner are worth not having neighbors within 1/2 mile.

I agree. Congrats and good luck. Now you just have to make that 20 acres into a big mud pit and we can have an FTE 4X4 Jamboree at your place.

Now that all of the ice & snow has melted... between my wife & the propane delivery truck, I'd have to say it's ready- c'mon over. But bring the Super-DUPER Swampers 'cause this OK clay is really slick!
