You'd have to pay for that, so it would be unethical to provide a service that you'd have to pay for. Look in the guidelines here, it's not allowed.

Why not just pay the 10 dollars or whatever it is?

19.99 for the single report or 24.99 for unlimited reports for 30 days. Often someone has paid this and is willing to share their expense.

If I don't get a response from anyone I will happily pay the $20 but I thought I would try here first.

Not unethical, just sharing the burden and info with others. That one reason why BBs exist. I am not asking anyone to break the law.
