Those gauges are really simple, and probably aren't the problem. You likely have a circuit issue.
Stuck toolbox is a common problem, but I don't know how to fix it.
Ignition switch belongs where it is, but yours looks like some scary huge aftermarket thing that protrudes from the dash.
Slow wipers...I'd look into the linkage, which can wear, and the pivots that poke through the cowl. Take it all apart, lube it up, and put it back in. Not a tough job, just a little standing on your head under the dash.
Slow wipers check the grounding of the motor. a weak or bad ground will slow them down.
Stuck door just keep spraying it with lube and every once and a while warm the hinge up with a propane torch (just a little don't burn the paint off) then spray it again.
