Triple carbs

I have a 1979 F-350 [SRW] I just put a 8-71 supercharger on it 30lbs of boost but I also want to have triple Predetor carbs put showing out side of the good im on 2-1/2 ton rockwell axels and 48inch terras but my real problum is do you guys no if there is any law aginst any part of the engin portruding from the hood i live in texas and im not shure of the regulations

any help is appriceated

As long as it doesn't protrude into the drivers view of the roadway there's not a whole lot that they can say. If they do write you a ticket it will be for obstructed view, either that or exhibition of power and loud exhaust.
