high idle and tailgate window promblems

high idle and oil pressure
1988 351w fresh rebuild,dual exhaust,msd6a,throttle body spacer,alot of other money stuff. c6 tranny
Ok here I go. My truck desides to idle high once i drive a little and then stop and put it into park. Now when i say high i mean 1500rpm, and normal when i am in drive and stop I am at around 700-800rpm. Now i cleaned out the idle sensor(what i believe it is called) on top of the intake and cleaned it out with electronic cleaner, and it didnt' do much. Has anyone else had this problem? I believe this is what is killing my gass milage, i get about 9mpg.
Oil pressure is acting wierd(best way to put it)
I have a rebuilt 351w. When i run the truck on the highway and really step on it then come to a stop while in drive, the oil pressure goes to nothing. I was scared at first, but then i noticed there was no ticking or anything. The pressure must be staying up. I replaced the sending unit, and noticed the pressure went a little higher on start up, but now it goes back to the N on Normal when it is warm. Any ideas?
