weird tranny noise???

I recently installed a complete BullyDog exhasut system, with downtube on my 1997 PSD. I took the transmission crossmember off to get the new downtube in and exhaust and re-installed everything now my tranny is making a wierd rubbing noise when I deselerate, and go into reverse. Is there something out of allingment, or could it be my echaust rubbing on the body? When the truck is running, not moving it makes no sound.

I would check to see if the exhaust is rubbing on something. Good Luck!
