Different Starters - Early and Late

Different Starters - Early and Late
Does anyone know the difference between the 20-21 starters and the 22-25 starters? I figured there wouldn't be enough of a change in the blocks or bellhousings for it to matter. Chat GPT says the later starter won't bolt up. I wanted to find out from some people that actually know. Thanks!

There are actually 3 starters now. One for build dates of 11/18/19 to 7/812/21, 7/09/21 to 8/24/25 and 8/24/25 to current. I cannot tell major differences, the bolt pattern appears the same. There are some changes to the casing of the starter but they are similar enough unless i had both in my hand I can't tell.

Thanks! I didn't know there was yet another revision. Ford seems to make constant revisions for either improvement or cost reasons. In this case, I wonder if they are improved upon or revised for some other reason.
