I liberated this from a thread ~ 12 years ago…

As was already mentioned, if you go with a taller spring it can make it hard to get the caster/ camber back in specs.

Lots of cross over between the F150 and F250. Probably engine weight is a factor. That and GVW. You aren't going to get much softer ride. Not worth the effort IMHO.
