replacement spouts to put on mine. I haven't had to use it on my truck, but I have used the one on the gas can in my wife's car and it worked well. It shouldn't be any different in my truck.
I need more for the other cans I have. These are the cans I had to buy to empty my fuel tank when I thought I had a bad sending unit. Finally used the last of the fuel up the other day. This is the ticket instead of a funnel.

That's exactly what I have, however, I bought the nozzle that didn't have the extension. It was a few $$ cheaper... allowed me to get more diesel!!

lol... there's easily over $100 in fuel in that picture!
yeah buddy...
When it's full, yes... it was empty. I like those Scepter fuel cans because they not only have the top handle but the side as well which makes it easier to dump in 5 gallons of fuel into the truck...
I still have to install the vent that came with the kit... that makes the difference right there, like the old school 5 gallon gas cans I have from my jet skiing days... those came with normal plastic spouts and vents already installed... the good Ole days...

Yeah, that is why I like them too, the handle on the side! I didn't install the vent on the gas can the first time I used it and it took forever to pour just a couple of gallons out... so yeah, the vent is a good idea. It was the first thing I did when I got my diesel can though... well, after ripping that filter out of the fill port! I'd like to get those fancy metal cans, but these are good jugs too, and they were less money!
I have a bunch of Wavian cans and I use this spout. I have a few plastic funnels that I use for oil and I have a short one for the gold wing but for putting fuel in trucks, I use this…
Thanks guys. Never refueled from a can before on this truck. Was hopeful I wouldn't need a "trick" funnel like my previous gasser required.
I recently traveled thru Canada with a new diesel RV and picked up 3, 20 liter containers at Canadian Tire. The RV is now full so thought I would just dump the fuel into the truck.
When this funnel isn't on oil duty it works well for the occasional 5 gallon diesel can duty or 5 gallon gas can pour into the Wolverine.
One funnel to rule all the duties.
I've got a large red funnel I use for oil changes that would not work for fuel as the bottom spout is straight and short. But have different spouts and believe I have one just like that Rat...
