110k and no issues with the 6.7l. Have had some other issues in the recent past.

DFCM is currently squealing so gonna have that replaced next week. The S&B aftermarket tank has to be dropped to replace it so I'm taking it to a shop. Just don't feel like crawling around on my back in the driveway in 85 degree heat to wrestle with that huge tank.

Last year I was almost stranded with the camper behind me on the way home from a camping trip. About 25 miles from home the dash light up with the wrench light While traveling at 60mph. I scanned for the code while driving and it came back as transmission circuit low something or another. I didn't have any drivability problems so I kept on driving, until I stopped at a stoplight. The transmission was stuck in 5th. I got the camper home just barely (do not recommend taking off from a stop light in 5th gear with an 8k camper in tow!) Turns out the Range Switch Sensor went out. Had it towed to a transmission shop to drop the pan and replace the switch.

The backup camera goes out sometimes, wiggle the wire harness and comes back for the most part. Gonna have that fixed later this year during my slow season.

How's your truck? I'm sure you are way ahead of me in miles?

My truck is making it's way to 154k miles. I have some stuff to do to her this year. I have to replace both the track bar BJ and bushing... though the bushing is worse than the BJ (started a thread here), flush my primary cooling system to replace with the new Motorcraft yellow coolant and replace a few components, replace my serpentine belt and pullies (bought a kit from Rock Auto) and install the Dieselcraft OC25 centrifugal bypass filter behind my grill in a custom install...

I did some work last year on my bed to remove the foam out of the wheel wells that causes rust from the inside out here in the rust belt -- thread here. I hope to remove the rest of the passenger side inner wheelhouse and do what I did to the driver's side. I probably will not get to installing the new inner wheelhouses this year, as I still have to buy a set, and will install them unconventionally with stainless steel rivets and copiuos amounts of JB Weld. Of course I will coat them with Chassis Saver and probably their rollable bedliner called MonstaLiner. Then I will never have to worry about the bed in those spots ever again.

I have plans to install a 50 gallon Titan fuel tank with a Air Dog 4G pump that I purchased and never installed. I plan on retaining the DFCM and using the AD to feed it. Air Dog supplied with the correct regulator spring to produce 10 PSI like the first units they sold to feed the factory DFCM with. I will buy a Longhorn Fab Shop universal pump skidplate as I am thinking of mounting it on the outside on the other side of the DFCM using the stock mounting parts that came with the Air Dog pump. Again, I won't know how exactly that will work out until I have the skidplate and I am laying under my truck...

Just like the S&B tanks, the Titan uses one of the cab body mounts to use for the new bracket for the 50 gallon tank, so I'll do the S&B cab mounts first but will grind off the Blue Locktight off the new bolts supplied like
from You Tube recommends, then this way, the bolt will come out easy for tank install and I'll have new cab mounts (though I don't think mine are shot) and be good to go for the future.

Speaking of tanks, I had to drop mine as I thought I had a bad sending unit but actually was a shorted out sending unit wire as there was a split in the cable loom on the harness behind the tank -- thread here. I used the DFCM to pump out the rest of the fuel to make the tank easier to remove.

Have other plans for my truck but that will come at another time. She is running well and chugging along...

One last thing brother... Ford has a current recall for the rear cameras. Safety Recall Notice 25S89 / NHTSA 25V572. Just FYI to see if your truck is eligible.

Found my siphon hose...
