I've got this beauty of a 94 F-150. 5.8, 4x4, 3.55 gr, SuperCab short box. Got it out of MN and hired a mechanic to look it over before purchase. After getting it, I see there's a bit more rust than I saw in some of the pics, primarily in the front end. I found a complete doner Dana 44 ttb setup, seemingly from a 93 F-150 out Bronco... The id tag is gone from the main beam so I can't find a definite date on it.
The spindles on this doner need to be replaced. Not being 100% on the date, are these spindles and hubs interchangeable? Blue Oval Trucks has a great workup on these axles but Bronco Graveyard has lots of different options for hubs and spindles... 93 2 piece hub seal, 94 1 piece hub seal, etc. If I'm putting together a Franken-axle with doner parts and new ones, how do I know which rebuild parts to get? Can I get 94 wheel bearings and have them fit a 93 hub? Can I get 94 spindles and have them fit in the 93 hub? I can't find specs for these things anywhere and Bronco Graveyard sure does seem to think it matters. Any help is appreciated
Yes. Parts are interchangeable. There are differences in how the caliper mounts to the knuckle so you’d get replacement parts for whatever year part you used. Are they both manual hubs or does one have automatic hubs?

I assume you saw the spindle is the same part
The calipers I currently have are bolt-in. The doner knuckles are for slide pin calipers so I'll be changing those, too. Currently installed are auto locking hubs. As part of the rehab, I was going to upgrade to Warm manual lockers. Those seem interchangeable from year to year too so I'm thinking the hub housing that bolts to the rotor works with any year. There no label on the Timken bearings and races indicating different years so I assume they're the same
Use whichever knuckles/ brake calipers you like. I have two trucks with slide pins. I never had any problems with them. Warn made both auto and manual hubs for Ford. The ‘94 had auto hubs. I had chains on all four tires and shock loaded/ broke them which is why I replaced them with another set of auto hubs. I believe you will need the lock nut conversion kit unless you have the parts from the manual hubs. As far as I remember the bearings are the same. The only one they used a different outer bearing is the ‘87 to ‘88-1/2 manual hub.

Reason: Clarification
if you use the pin calipers instead of the bolt on calipers, just remember the pins are a one time use only, and are directional placement. but the CAN be put in 180 degrees out, which in turn can let them fall out if put in wrong.
on a side note. i have reused caliper pins, but replaced them with new as soon as i get new ones.
