1990 E4OD--which flex plate?
Edit: Well after more looking around on various parts websites I've noticed that for some reason a 1990 F350 is not included in the search results, but an F250 sometimes is included, and the vans show up--all need the ATP Z-342 flex plate. I would have to assume a 1990 van with a 7.3 IDI and E4OD would take the same flex plate as my 1990 F350. Weird hiccup across at least three prominent sources--PartsGeek, Summit, and RockAuto.

My review on amazon:
"This part is balanced for the 7.3l IDI "M" code diesels only! The factory ('93 & '94) turbo IDI engines are balanced differently (due to having different internal engine parts) and require a different flexplate (and harmonic balancer). Do not install this on anything other than the "M" code; non-turbo engine!
I installed two of these, in two different trucks. One back in 2015 when one trucks flexplate cracked. Then another in another truck back in 2017, when it got chewed up by the starter over the years. Both are still going in 2025, issue free! I'd say these are pretty good quality flexplates! Both trucks have aftermarket turbos but both are M code engines.
Check the 8th digit in your VIN! If it's not M, do not install!"

When I swapped in the used '89 7.3l engine in my '93 F450, the flexplate (ATP Automotive Z-344) was something I had to transfer over, as the engine came with a clutch. Bolted right up of course.
